Golden Crown Assisted Living is a residential long-term care provider in Glendale, Arizona. We are licensed for Directed Care, the highest level of residential care in Arizona, in a real house shared by no more than ten residents.
Small on purpose: with a handful of residents and caregivers on site 24 hours a day, help never has to travel down a long corridor. Meals are cooked in the kitchen, not delivered to it, and the people caring for your loved one know them by name from day one.
We are dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable home-like environment where our seniors can thrive and continue to live their best lives.
